Devaraja Mudeppa

Dr. Devaraja Mudeppa

Devaraja Mudeppa is a Senior Research Scientist. He works on addressing malarial recombinant protein expression challenges using in-house developed wheat embryo cell-free protein expression platform. These expressed recombinant proteins are utilized in the lab for inhibitor screening, developing antigen arrays and for structural biology studies. He is actively involved in NIH sponsored MESA-ICEMR and Topoisomerase projects and helping graduate students to meet their project goals. He completed his Ph.D. studies at Central Food Technological Research Institute, India and post-doctoral studies at Ehime University, Japan. Dev has two children.
